Please be aware that during the Royal Mail strikes, we may use an alternative method of delivery.
UK Orders
Our standard shipping is with Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise requested and then additional surcharges may apply. Some orders will be sent by courier. At checkout we request your email address and phone number. If your item is sent by courier we will pass these details on for tracking purposes only.
Orders using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service need to be placed by 1pm for same day dispatch, otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day.
We aim to get all orders out within 48 hours Monday to Friday (not including bank holidays) but please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.
Free delivery to the UK on all orders over £60.
Standard shipping is £4.00 for orders under £60.
Please note that there are some products which incur a delivery charge regardless of size of order. This is detailed against each relevant product.
Next day delivery to the UK can be requested if the order is placed before 12 noon and will cost minimum £7.50 depending on location. Please message us if your order is urgent.
Ireland
We have a standard rate of £12.10 to ship to Ireland - this is only for parcels which weigh less than 2kg and fit inside a small parcel box. If your order does not meet these requirements we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
Outside UK
Orders can be placed for the Rest of The World. The price of £25 is allocated but we will calculate the actual cost of the order and issue a refund where required. If the order is larger, we will contact you to discuss the options.
General
To help with our carbon footprint, your order may be sent out in reused packing.
Special offers may have a longer delivery depending on stock levels - this will be notified against each product. We will keep you informed at all times of an estimated delivery date.
Collection from Store
We also offer free collection from our Canterbury store. Please allow 2 working days for delivery. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
