Returns Policy

RETURNS – BOUGHT IN STORE

To return your item(s) bought in store for a credit note or where possible make an exchange, visit us within 28 days of purchase.

If your item is faulty, we will provide a full refund. Please provide a valid proof of purchase.

Our shoes are of high quality and should be able to cope with the reasonable wear and tear given to them by a child but they are not indestructible and will sustain damage if mistreated.

Very occasionally there can be a slight manufacturing fault.  In this instance, we will: 

  1. Where possible, undertake a repair free of charge
  2. Provide an alternative product
  3. Provide a refund or credit note as appropriate.

Credit notes or exchanges cannot be given on shoes that have had reasonable use after three months.

If shoes have been sold unfitted and have been worn, they can only be returned if there is a fault with the shoe.

Sale items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or credit note and must be unworn and in the original packaging.

RETURNS – BOUGHT ONLINE

For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 28 days, provided it has not been used and is returned with any packaging that forms part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase. Please note it is the customers' responsibility to cover the cost of return. We recommend that customers used tracked postage and keep proof of postage when sending the item back.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received, according to the Regulations set down by the EU Distance Selling Directive 97/7.

Please notify us of your intentions and return the goods within the 14-day cooling-off period. The goods must be unused and unopened or it will be deemed that you have accepted them. Postage will not be reimbursed for cancellations, all return postage and packaging costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
