We source the finest fairly traded single origin Peruvian cacao beans grown on small family owned farms. They are then gently roasted in order to release the full flavors.We only use the finest organic Madagascan bourbon vanilla and organic creamed coconut from Indonesia.
We combine these organic ingredients and blend them for hours to release all the flavours, to create a smooth velvety texture and complexmulti note taste. The liquid chocolate is poured into moulds and set, then wrapped and sealed for freshness. We then hand pack them in their individual boxes.
Our chocolates are made in a specialist artisan facility in the U.K.
